My integrative training and approach allows me to bring together the Humanistic, Existential, Cognitive-Behavioural, and Transpersonal approaches, alongside other philosophical schools of thought.
I aim to see, and to make justice, to the whole of the person in front of me, including their mind, body, heart and soul.
I utilise a variety of tools to facilitate the therapeutic process, depending on each client's personality, needs and situation.
