I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering sessions in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. I also see clients in London and online.

I have been practicing since 2015. I am a registered member of UKCP and CCPE, and I work under their code of ethics and professional standards.

My approach is integrative and transpersonal, drawing on various therapeutic models and philosophies. My work is adapted to each client's needs and readiness.

In addition, my work is infused with my East European warmth and mischief.
